- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday during working hours. From Monday to Thursday, orders placed after 13h. (Spanish time) will begin to be counted on time at 9 am the next day. Orders placed on weekends (from Friday at 1 p.m. onwards) will be processed from Monday at 9 a.m. onwards.
- In general, a delivery attempt will be made by the carrier. If this is unsuccessful, either the carrier will contact you to schedule a second delivery or your order will be placed at a collection point for you to pick it up within seven days. After this period, the order will return to our warehouse, generating shipping costs to process it again, even if the initial order would have been free of charge.
- Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address online. If you need to modify any information, please contact cs@zinda.es as soon as possible to communicate the incident.
- In the event of customs charges, these will be borne by the customer in all cases. Due to the Brexit, all UK customers who place an order on zinda.es should note that the order will have to go through customs and the corresponding tariffs will be applied by the UK government to be paid by the customer.
- During the sales period, summer or Christmas, it is possible that there may be some delays in shipments.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- If after receiving the purchased product you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return any model during the 14 days following the delivery date, through our online store.
1. EXCHANGES
- We offer a first free exchange of model or size, subject to availability.
- The product to be exchanged or returned must arrive at our facilities in the same condition in which it was sent, with no signs of having been used and with its original packaging (box, protectors and labels), along with the invoice included in your order or with the return request that you can generate from your account.
- Exchanges can be made for size and color of the same model. In case you want to change the model of a higher cost than the purchased one, it will be necessary to make a new purchase operation. If the cost is lower, we will generate a manual order and we will pay the difference.
- If the requested size or color is not available, we will offer you the best alternative or receive a refund of the initial transaction.
- For the second and subsequent exchanges on the same order, shipping and/or collection costs will be borne by the customer.
1.2. PROCEDURE FOR CHANGES:
1º) Send us an email to cs@zinda.es and request your change, providing the following information:
* Order number
* Name
* Phone number
* Model or size to be replaced
* Reason
2º) We will contact you as soon as possible and we will indicate the steps to follow so that we can proceed with the change.
3º) Once we receive the merchandise, we will proceed to check if it complies with the exchange and return conditions reflected in the previous section: “General Conditions”.
4º) If the exchange is accepted, we will inform you by e-mail and we will proceed with the shipment of the requested product.
5º) If the exchange is refused, we will inform you of the reasons for the refusal by the same means and we will make the product available to you in the same conditions and packaging in which it was received so that you can order its collection.
2. REFUNDS (TOTAL OR PARTIAL)
- Refunds are understood to be those operations that require total or partial reimbursement of the payment made.
- In returns, shipping and collection costs are borne by the customer in all cases.
2.1. RETURNS PROCEDURE:
OPTION 1: Through your personal account.
If you are already registered on our website, you can request a return by accessing your profile, from the section ORDER HISTORY. As soon as we receive your request, we will contact you to let you know the steps to follow.
OPTION 2: Via email.
1º) Send us an email to cs@zinda.es and request your return, providing the following information:
* Order number
* Order number
* Phone number
* Reason
2º) We will contact you as soon as possible and we will indicate the different options available so that we can receive the product.
3º) Once we receive the merchandise, we will proceed to check if it complies with the exchange and return conditions reflected in the section of this document: “General Conditions”.
4º) If the return is accepted we will inform you via email and proceed to the corresponding refund, using the same payment method you used, not being possible to make the deposit by other means.
The refund will correspond to the returned products, except for the shipping costs, if there were any in the initial order.
5º) The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method used:
Credit card: Our bank will reimburse the amount of the refund after the return accepted confirmation email. The time it will take to see the amount in your account will depend on your credit card provider.
PayPal: The refund process will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving the return package. The time it will take to see the amount in your account will depend on PayPal (3 to 7 days).
6º) If the return is denied, we will inform you of the reasons for the denial by the same means and we will provide you with the refund amount.
